Using our classic spinach mix and fresh, hand selected, locally sourced zucchini. We then shred the zucchini by hand, add fresh onions and plum tomatoes. This is definitely a heart healthy and weight conscious meal with a lemony taste all gently placed on top of our signature, handcrafted pita dough and delicately shaped into a triangle by hand, then sent to our brick oven to bake!
