Our stuffed and rolled cabbage leaves are cleaned and boiled. The leaves are then stuffed with your choice of rice and vegetables (parsley, tomatoes and onions) or rice, lamb and beef. Either way these rolls are then sent into a lemon broth and slow cooked to perfection. The result is a heavenly combination of hearty and soft rolls that goes great with our Labneh!
