Using fresh, hand selected, heart healthy spinach, onions and plum tomatoes mixed together and sautéing this combination with seasoned sumac, lemon and our secret Mediterranean spice blend. The spinach is mixed with cheese sourced from Bulgary, which is similar in taste and texture to feta. This combination then gently placed on top of our signature, handcrafted pita dough and delicately shaped into a triangle by hand, then and sent to our brick oven to bake!

These and the plain spinach triangles are some of my favorite items at Bakedsome. The spinach has an amazing flavor, the dough is so fresh, and the triangles are perfect looking. There is a small amount of cheese (feta, I think?) inside that perfectly complements the spinach. I love them for entertaining, for quick dinners (they freeze well and reheat easily in the oven), really anytime. And I can't say enough about Bakedsome, its wonderful owners, and every food item I've tried there!
