Using fresh, hand selected, heart healthy spinach, onions and plum tomatoes mixed together then sautéing this combination with seasoned sumac, lemon and our secret Mediterranean spice blend. This combination then smothered on top of our signature, handcrafted pita dough. The final step before we sent the pie to our brick oven to bake is sprinkle on some cheese sourced from Bulgary, which is similar in taste and texture to feta!
