This delicious recipe starts off with fresh, hand-selected eggplants that we prepare and cut by hand. We then slow cook the eggplants in fresh tomato sauce with chickpeas,tomatoes and caramelized onions. The outcome is a delicious eggplant combination that would be perfect scooped up and eaten with our fresh Pita Bread or Seasoned Pita Chips.
