Starting with fresh, crispy, hand selected kale we sauté it with creamy milk and our secret Mediterranean spice blend. This mixture is gently placed on top of our signature, handcrafted pita dough and delicately shaped into a triangle by hand, then and sent to our brick oven to bake!
Kale is low in fat and high in fiber. It is also a good source of Vitamin A, B6, C, K, manganese, calcium, copper, potassium and magnesium.
Milk is an excellent source of calcium and Vitamin D which is great for bone health and growth. It is a good source of Vitamin K, magnesium and Vitamin C.
