Our sesame seed bread is made from scratch by our skillfully experienced chef and baker. This a very traditional bread that dates back centuries. The dough itself is made with organic flour, pure filtered water, cane sugar, sea salt, yeast and our secret Mediterranean spice blend. We then dip the bread in sesame seeds to finish it off! Nothing fancy! Simple and delicious! This result is similar to an American bagel, it can be eaten with cream cheese, our Labneh, Eggplant Dip, Garlic Whip or you can create a sandwich of your own.
